Login There are two ways to login. Click ‘SITE LOGIN’ at the footer of any page on the site and use a) your assigned login or b) a social media login. Logging in with social media will not change your user account or create a new one. Your user account is linked to your email address and will automatically log you in provided you are using the same email for both the social media and this website.

Dashboard Menu Overview

Main Menu The main menu is where you will configure what does and does not appear in your main drop down menu. The items in the menu can be dragged into the position you want them to appear. To make a sub-menu item, drag it beneath another menu item and slightly inset, visual layout will

change on the page and you will immediately see the item nested below it’s parent. NOTE: Be sure to always save your changes. Dragging items and deleting them will not take effect unless you click the save button after making the changes.

Menu Elements The following types of items can be added to the menu: Menu Item This is a default menu link. Adding this element will create a standard link that is clickable and goes to the page of you’re choosing. Title This is the text the link displays. Description This is the hover description that appears as you scan over the link with your mouse. Heading Checking this option will display the item as a column heading in a sub-menu list. This should only be used on sub-menu items and not the main root level links. In the URL area, type # so the page will not link. (See picture above)

Link Where the link should go. If you want the link to be text only an not go to any page, select the “URL” option and enter “#” as the path. Column Break This is for sub-menu’s only. Adding this element will define the end of a column of links before beginning a new column. This is what allows the Mega Menu sub-menus to have multiple lists of links side-by-side.

Row Break This is for sub-menu’s only. Adding this element will define the end of a horizontal row of links before beginning a new row beneath it. When adding a new row, it is best to attempt to keep a consistant number of columns on each row. Text Block Add this to insert your own text, HTML or images into a menu. If you wish to create a custom list of links with your own icons or have images, tables, forms or other complex layouts in the menu this element will enable you to do these things.

Home Page The home page is actually a page called ‘Home’ in your list of pages. Any changes you make to the Home page will change ONLY what is in the page content area. (See first picture) The sidebar is on the left or right of page and post content. Inside each sidepanel are widgets. Widgets are used to feature partner slideshows, calendars, submenus, etc. To edit ANY sidepanel on the site, you must go to ‘Appearance’, ‘Widgets’, then find the side panel and the widget being used. Be sure to save your changes! If you only want to disable the widget temporarily and perhaps use it again later, drag it to the “Inactive Widget area”. Home Page Sidebar The home page has a pre-set sidebar in the Widgets area, “Homepage Sidebar”. This is the area where you can change widgets for the home page.

Slide Show The slide show menu allows you to add slides, sort the order they display and the transition effect used for each image. Slide show links can be added so that clicking a slide will direct the visitor to a page or website. NOTE: Be sure to always save changes. Dragging items and deleting slides will not take effect unless you click the save button after making the changes.

Sidebar Custom sidebar are handy when you need to show special content for that specific page (eg: Annual Meeting page and Video Competition page). To create custom sidebars click “Add New Sidebar”, enter a unique name and save. Each sidebar will be shown in the Widget area of the Dashboard. Just drag Widgets into the sidebar, configure them and save each one. Go to the page (in a new window) to ensure they are showing. To assign a sidebar to a page or post, when you’re creating a post or page select the sidebar from the drop down menu in the custom theme options. You can assign a sidebar to multiple pages and posts to share a single custom sidebar or use a custom sidebar for each. The home page has a pre-set sidebar that already exists in the Widgets area, “Homepage Sidebar”. This is the area where you should add widgets for the home page.

Content Options You can select custom content settings for pages, posts, widgets and shortcodes that can be used to produce custom formatting and special functionality on your pages. Disable Breadcrumbs You can disable breadcrumbs for individual posts and pages or turn them off globally by disabling the setting in the theme’s “General Options” menu. Custom Sub-Title Add a custom sub-title and it will override the default provided by a post category or other settings.

Those settings enable custom content and styles to be easily set on a per post basis. The posts have the same options as the pages with the addition of the following options as well: Post Images Main Image or Video The default image or video associated with your post (full size image). Select the categories to pull posts from. If you have content on the page selected to host your blog posts, the content will be displayed before the posts at the very top of the page. As an example, a Portfolio page will be used for your Video Outreach Competition page to feature the video submissions you receive. To add the feature videos to your competition page, create a new post (not a page) for each video submitted as follows: Insert the table by using the table button on the page/post menu
