Intra day Trading Intra day trading is one of the ways to deal with shares in the stock market. intra day trading is a very restricted process to trade in the share market. As the name itself suggests that you are restricted to trade only in a day as per the rule book and guidelines of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA.intra day trading is one of the simplest and most rewarding trading methods.
