Liberty Enterprises celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2008. In November 2008 the corporate offices were relocated from Kennesaw to a new state of the art facility in Acworth, Georgia designed and equipped to support the continued growth of the business well into the 21st century.
April 2009 marked the beginning of Liberty Enterprises on site activities with New South Construction Company at the Emory Freshman Hall Four project located at Emory University in Atlanta GA. This is a five story 120,000 GSF residence hall that will contain 380 beds. Project completion is scheduled for early 2010. Lead by Paul Poche’ Liberty’s on site project team includes Josh Kitchens, Brandon Poche’ and Bill Book. In May 2009 Liberty Enterprises began on site activities with the WhitingTurner Contracting Company at the Kennesaw State University Health Sciences Building located in Kennesaw GA. The project consists of a four story 190,000 GSF building that will
house the Wellstar College of Health and Human Services and provide classrooms, instructional labs, department suites and space to the College of Science and Mathematics. Substantial project completion is scheduled for June 2010. Lead by Valdemar Avila Liberty’s on site project team includes Thomas Jones, Felipe Avila, Raul Alonso and Juan Cruz.

Liberty Enterprises has completed six years with “no losttime injuries” and has been awarded the certificate of “First Place in Safety Excellence” for our workhours division by the Georgia Branch AGC. Congratulations to all of Liberty’s safety conscious employees!
