This drink has those energetic flavors you love but uses only a few carefully balanced, easily accessible ingredients. The flavors in the mix pair well with many dishes, including fall favorites like Carolina barbeque. Try expanding beyond beer and serving this citrusy gem. It will give pork a new dimension. And, oh yeah, did we mention that you can turn it into a frozen treat for grown ups? Now, you’re livin’ the dream. The recipe expands easily to fill molds or an ice cube tray. THE ARBORETUM 1 ½ oz. A QUICK PUT-YOUR-FEET-UP DRINK FOR THE BUSY FALL SCHEDULE. IT’S CRISP, CITRUSY AND SLIGHTLY SWEET.

Pour TOPO Organic vodka and St. Germaine into a glass with ice. Fill glass with grapefruit juice to your taste preference. Transfer mixture into a shaker and shake until very cold. Pour back into glass and garnish with a kiwi or grapefruit slice. (Or both!) If you want to add a little more texture and aroma, leave a little pulp in the freshly squeezed grapefruit and add a sprig of mint.
