HASSELL 22F, 169 Electric Road North Point Hong Kong Dear Manager

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am wriďż˝ng to apply for the posiďż˝on of assistant interior designer, as adverďż˝sed on your website careers page. I am a fresh graduate in the University of Portsmouth majoring in the Bachelor of Interior Architecture (1st Hons). Last summer, I have interned in Btr company, one of the Big ďŹ rms in the public Interior design ďŹ eld. There I gained Material applicaďż˝on knowledge and CAD drawing skills of interior design. I had in touch with a dierent kind of project. I am interested in the F&B and Retail project in interior design because I am good at short-term projects and diverse designs. Being able to present the concept in space design is the way I want to express the design in the eyes of every customer.I am conďŹ dent that my pracďż˝cal work experience and my solid educaďż˝onal background have well prepared me for making an immediate contribuďż˝on to your company. I hope all these make me match your criteria. The resume enclosed gives further informaďż˝on concerning my qualiďŹ caďż˝ons and experiences. I would be grateful if you can extend an interview invitaďż˝on for me to further discuss my background in details. I can be reached at 69055545. Hope you can give me a chance. Thank you for your kind consideraďż˝on and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully,

Sham Yiu Yeung, Andy

BTEC LEVEL 5 HND DIPLOMA PROFILE I am an interior designer. To me, Interior design and architecture must constantly imagine about the sense of space, from the beginning to the end of a project. An interior designer needs to have research behind every design and develop a story that enables the user to connect and admire. Then it will become a good design.

All travel is excluded from this fee. Should any extra work be needed to be carried out, it will be done at a rate of $100 p/hr for a Junior Designer, and $200 p/hr for a Consultant Designer. Prinng is also be excluded, and shall occur per sheet at a cost of:

Planning Applicaďż˝on Fees, as set out by The Town and Country Planning Regulaďż˝ons will amount ot $2000 per applicaďż˝on, based on the ‘ change of use’ occuring at Basďż˝on 6. Should a Quanďż˝ty Sur veyor be needed, they shall recieve $500 an hour, and a Historical Building Conservaďż˝on Advisor, $300 an hour. Should these ser vices be required, I shall aler t you as needed.

These precedents will give you an understanding of the type of project in terms of the exhibition area walls of form and construction with also the details and the selection of event furniture and ďŹ ttings. These are all factors impact a lot on construction cost. With this, I was able to identify the budget to be (low-medium) costing around hkd 2028 per sq/ft.

The overall Esmated construcon costs: Head of Project: ANDY SHAM DESIGN Client: GREENPEACE Project Size: 9860 sq./ Cost per sq./: HKD $2028 Total Construcon: HKD $19,996,080
