On August 15th, 2068 i decided i would go back to the year 2039 in Washington DC. Over the years things have changed and there were many myths saying that a new language had arose during this time but did not last as long as one thought. No one knows much about what happened in Washington DC seeing as the areas were under heavy surveillance. No one in. No one out. In order for me to do research on the location, I needed to go back in time, before they increased their surveillance. I studied articles about Washington DC. It was the location with the biggest African American population within the United States. Due to this, many of the representatives and business owners there were people of color. As many know, oppression against African Americans was very active and common within the United States. African Americans began to migrate to Washington DC as time went as an area of safety. Washington DC became a safe haven for many people of color. It allowed for them to grow as their own people and further their area in the way they choose. Around August of 2039 droughts are spreading throughout the country all over. States are having wildfire after wildfire and random dust bowls. The only area that was not getting as much was the east coast, Washington DC being one of them. The
