Q4) who would be the audience for your media product? Our group asked a number of people about our product and what they thought about it. 1 out of 10 people said that after watching it that they would buy it, and the other 9 said that our low budget, diegetic sound and quality let our thriller sequence down, although had we had a better budget we could have used better cameras and editing soft where to use so that our movie would look professional and clean and so the audience could get a better idea of what is happening. Because our film is not in cinemas or on DVD or on a film website its hard due to audience fragmentation to see what age groups watch our. This is due to pull media ad other product’s that offer more than what we do. Our movie is age certificated at a 15 as our movie connotes violence and shows women to be shown in a I inferior way which does not portray the right message to children under this age. Furthermore I would say that our target group would be between 15-‐25 year olds as our movie, actors, mise-‐en-‐scene and location is based around their age and we feel that they would be able to relate to our movie in some ways more than other ages. This also attracts this age range as it connotes excitement and suspense which appeals to this age group epically.
