Telangana Pharma City, India Site Area: 21000 Acres (Phase I – 9000 Acres) Budget: 1.25 Bn $ Role: Concept , Design Development, Preparation of Master Plans & Visualizations for unveiling to the public. Status: Phase I Under Construction

The Site is located in the outskirts of Hyderabad City, India. This greenfield project is the master plan of a new industrial hub primarily for pharmaceutical sector. This project consists of 10000 acres of industrial zones which has been located to minimize the impact of the industry on the surrounding environment & community. Telangana Pharma City master plan is spatially organised into two main zones“a manufacturing environment” which is complemented by a people centric“live, learn & play” environment. The manufacturing zones have been segregated by the living spaces by large green areas & a zone comprising of university & research facilities. The master plan emphasises on urban connectivity with a grid network of hierarchical roads, to reduce commercial traffic movement within each zone. Also, to reduce environmental footprint of the industry the new master plan includes a solar park, waste to energy plants & a plan for incentivising each manufacturing unit to include solar cells & other clean energy.

Abu Dhabi Development Corporation Offices & Regional HQ, Abu Dhabi Site Area: 9.54 Acres including 6 locations Budget: 0.8 Mn $ Role: Design Development, Preparation of Statutory & working Drawings, Preparation of Tender Documents and BOQ and Over all Co-ordination in BIM Status: Under Construction

The Project includes development of one Regional Headquarters at Madinat Zayad & five offices for Abu Dhabi Development Corporation(ADDC), a government body of Emirate of Abu Dhabi that provides water, electricity, sanitation to the people. The new offices are bring built in key administrative centres in Western Regions (Al Gharbia region) as part of the government’s initiative to provide basic services to the people. The design of the buildings have been made to reflect the local architecture of Abu Dhabi by the incorporation of a massive screen walls. The screen walls also moderate the infiltration of heat & harsh sunlight into the building, thereby increasing the building’s energy performance. The design also incorporates solar panels on the roofs & living walls on the interior walls. As per Client’s recommendation, the building design have been largely modular with most of the offices having different spatial program. Each of the office buildings have been oriented optimally to reduce solar gain & to include local contexts into the design.

Gopalpur SEZ Gateway Complex, India Site Area: 36 Acres Budget: 1.4 Mn $ Role: Concept , Design Development, Preparation of Statutory & working Drawings and Over all Co-ordination in BIM. Status: Under Construction

The Site is located at Gopalpur in Odisha, India. This project comprises a massive 10 storey tall gateway complex which creates a dramatic entrance to the industrial SEZ. The project includes a main gateway complex, security check points, office & conference spaces & waterfront development along an existing reservoir. This project is part of the industrial SEZ’s initiative to showcase their product, their excellence in industrial manufacturing. In line with that vision, this gateway complex is being built with all products from the SEZ’s different manufacturing plants. Also, this project is the first in many of the other projects coming up in the SEZ such as Convention Center, improving the landscape of the 2500 acre SEZ. The main gateway complex has been designed with progressive portals made of steel sections finished with solid acrylic panels. The building has three accessible levels with lower level having meeting & office spaces, ground level with plaza & security & Sky park level which provides beautiful panoramic view of the SEZ & the sea along the horizon.

Kalinganagar Steel Plant, India Site Area: 120 Acres

Budget: 33 Mn $ Role: Design Development, Preparation of Statutory & working Drawings for three phases of the project Status: Under Construction

The Site is located in one of the biggest steel plants of TATA Steel. This project comprises of landscape design of the plant area primarily in some key features around the site like a rail bulb, a corporate headquarter. This project is an initiative by Tata Steel to project a green & clean environment. The design of the project has been kept simple with emphasis on pedestrian accessibility & creation of contiguous landscape that blends perfectly from the street landscape to building landscapes.

GreenVerge Tampines Housing, Singapore Site Area: 74 Acres Budget: 500 Mn $ Role: Concept , Design Development, Preparation of Statutory & working Drawings and Over all Co-ordination in BIM. Status: Under Construction

The Site is located at Tampines, Singapore. This project is part of a massive 1800 hectare new development at Tampines North Hub undertaken by Singapore government’s Housing Development Board. This project comprises of 2020 dwelling units ranging from 2 BHK, 3BHK & 2GEN units. Being developed for Middle income group, this campus has all the standard amenities required by a Singapore household. The amenities include a shopping complex, shops, eating house and a school. The design of the project has been kept simple with modularity & Singapore’s ecodesign push in mind. The architecture emphasises on the design of dwelling units & designing a vibrant common spaces on the ground & upper ground levels. To have a maximum green surface, all the parking spaces have been placed in the basement levels and the ground levels have minimum spatial programs. Also, the green spaces are designed as a continuous element throughout the project area.

Ramada Plaza, Darjeeling, India Site Area: 2.3 Acres Budget: 700K $ Role: Concept , Design Development, Preparation of Statutory & working Drawings for interior & architecture and Over all Coordination . Status: Completed

The Site is located in the heart of Darjeeling, India which is one of the most picturesque tourist destinations in the Himalayas. To account for the hilly terrain of the site, we have two entry/exit point- Guest entry at ground level & service access at topmost level. The spatial program of the project is such that it is an abode in the mountains, which is further reflected by the mountainous façade. The hotel consists of 99 guestrooms, gyms, spa & fitness center in upper levels, business center, pool, a restaurant, shops, banquet hall and other amenities in the lower levels.
