GROUP FITNESS PASS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS ABS

CARDIO KICKBOX

By popular demand, here is a class to help you through your work week. Slow down your mind for an hour, strengthen and tone your core, and then finish with an invigora ng full body stretch.

Whether you want to work off some steam, or you just want to reap the benefits of this amazing cardio workout, the me will fly by! Be led through jabs, kicks, and roundhouses that will define those leg, shoulder, and abdominal muscles like never before. Finish with charged up core work, and a good stretch.

ATHLETIC INTERVALS A class where resistance training is mixed in with bursts of simple, non‐choreographed cardio moves that are easy to follow. The class is finished off with mat work, abs and a good stretch. Appropriate for all levels.

BODY BLAST Not just any fitness class – blending strength with bursts of fun intervals, this class will help develop muscle tone, speed, and power. Music, fun, and high energy instructor are s ll included!

POWERFIT Power through your week with this high energy athle c based fitness class. Get your heart pumping with some powerful cardio moves, rigorous strength training, and finish with a soothing stretch.

STEP & STRENGTH CIRCUIT CHALLENGE Experience the benefits of a high energy, cardio and strength‐infused circuit workout. This fun and engaging class will combine a wide variety of cardio drills and body ‐carving exercises for an incredibly complete workout.

On your step, get set, and go! This ac on‐packed class will have you blast through intervals, build your endurance, and work through fun and simple step movements followed by challenging body‐carving exercises. Bring your towel!

CARDIO CORE Reveal those abdominal muscles with the winning combo of intense fat‐burning cardio and tummy‐toning exercises. This class will ensure a good sweat, a ghter core, and a good stretch a erwards!
