least expensive ways to help chase gophers out of an area is to use plastic spinning daisies set in a bottle. Bury the bottle up to its neck. Hammer a hole in the bottle cap and place it back on the bottle. Place the rod of the daisy spinner through the hole in the cap so the metal rod rests on the bottom of the bottle.As the wind blows the daisy the rod will scratch the bottle and make noise that will chase gophers out of the area. It is best to use several of these set ups and to move them around periodically for best results.
