Bogus Callers

We’ve recently undertaken a review of our customer satisfaction surveys, and you’ll be pleased to know this has led to a reduction in the number of questions being asked! The data collected from these surveys is really important as it helps us to improve processes and the service we provide to you, and benchmark ourselves against other housing associations.

Continuously monitoring performance and making improvements ensures we are providing the best possible service to you. The new look surveys will be used from April so let us know what you think.

Computer Café Success Following the launch of the Central Park Computer Café last year, we’re pleased to report it’s proving to be a great success! So much so we have decided to open it twice a week to ensure everyone gets a chance to get online. The Computer Café in Tewkesbury is now open every Tuesday and Thursday between 10am – 1pm and free to anyone to come and surf the net. One of the Community Team will also be on hand to help with any technical issues or if you need some help getting started.

Please be careful and remember to only let people into your home if they have a proper identification badge.
