Music & Ale Festival
December 20th-22nd
Tucked away on the Piazza, opposite the Lighthouse Cinema, this intimate festival is across the weekend this family event has an eclectic mix of musical entertainment with a wide appeal. Favourites such as at the Belfast Busker and Newquay Male Voice Choir will take to the stage and new for this year will be Land of Giants performing their feel good, highly addictive shows! The festival is on all weekend and is the perfect preChristmas celebration.
The Brits at Fistral
British National Surfing Championships, Fistral Beach 1-3 November. Newquay’s most iconic venue Fistral beach will once again host the British National Surf Championships this autumn. The Brits are the most prestigious contest on the national surfing calendar and expect to see the likes of local boys Alan Stokes and Russell Winter tearing it up for the chance to win against some of Newquay’s up and coming talent like Harry Timpson and Luke Dillion.
