On the basis of characteristics of Social Networking Services (SNS), this paper modifies the traditional SEIR model by analyzing the influence of the information value and user behavior on information dissemination, and then the S-SEIR model on SNS is proposed. In S-SEIR model, the relevance of the information value and the rate of information audit are considered, and the influence of user behavior on the number of each state of users also is researched.
