Challenge Courses

The Southeast Challenge is an experiential education adventure, leading participants to make exciting discoveries about themselves and their role as team members. The Southeast Challenge facilitates team building with activities that call upon the participants to think, plan, take risks, trust, respect and support one another. The Southeast Challenge is also portable: Groups can meet at the Student Recreation Center or the Challenge staff can bring the challenge to you. Possible sites include: gymnasiums, corporate work sites, parks and classrooms Why take the Challenge? Groups who participate in the Challenge will benefit from an enriching workshop experience. For many, it can be an experience with lifelong impact. Outcomes include: -Improved individual and group awareness -Enhanced communication -Skill development in group decision-making and leadership -Appreciation and respect for differences within a group -Importance of evaluation and reflection -Better goal setting, planning and vision -Strengthened commitment to team goals -Sense of overall individual and group effectiveness Low Ropes Challenge Course University Affiliates Small Group Initiatives (2-hour minimum per event) Up to 15 people $50 per hour 16 - 49 people $75 per hour Large Group Initiatives (1 hour minimum per event) 50 - 100 people $100 per hour 100+ people Call
