Lunch Express

Lunch Express Yoga Come enjoy this 30-minute invigorating and rejuvenating workout and relaxation. Bring your friends and co-workers to refresh your body and mind. Please come in loose fitting clothing that allows for movements. Additionally, please bring your own yoga mat (if available) and a belt/old tie that can be used as a strap. No prior registration is required. This program is on a walk-in basis. Schedule: 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. Monday Jan. 24 - May 2 (No class on Jan. 17 & March 14) Location: Student Recreation Center - North, Group Fitness Studio (Room 202)

Facility Hours /////////////////////// Lunch Express Water Fitness This Water Fitness class offers you a quick 30-minute full body exercise and stretching with less joint impact. Water provides an excellent environment to make your cardiovascular and muscular workout effective! You do not need to have swimming skills nor get your hair wet! No prior registration is required. This program is on a walk-in basis. Schedule: 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. Thursday Jan. 20 - May. 5 (No class on March 17) Location: Student Aquatic Center, Leisure Pool

Lunch Express Core Strength This focused class will strengthen your abdominals and lower back muscles to create a strong and centered core. No prior registration is required. This program is on a walk-in basis.

Lunch Express Pilates: Come improve your mental and physical well-being, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles with this intense 30- minute workout. This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis.
