Dear business partner We are pleased to present Seltron’s latest economical heating solutions to you. Our mission statement is: “We help people save energy in heating.” We also implement this in our own working environment. That is why last year we completed the energy renovation of our office building. We have shifted to renewable energy and automated everything with the latest generation of Seltron’s weather-compensated controls. In this way, we have reduced our energy consumption by as much as 73 %. Where has our development lead us? By using the latest technologies, we are now developing the fourth generation of products. The goals and visions for fourth-generation products are wireless access to remote sensors and connecting the regulation system to the Internet. These solutions enable many new possibilities and advantages - for the end users as well as for the installers, service personnel and the overall support environment. For this purpose, we have developed a cloud-based software platform and the necessary applications for smart devices. The entire solution is called SeltronHome. All of this represents the continuation of development, which began over 25 years ago. Although Seltron was founded as a private company in 1990, its roots can be traced back to 1982. In this time, we have become most recognized for the development and production of solar controls and weather-compensated heating controls. Since 2011, we operate in Maribor, on more than 5,000 m2 of advanced production, storage and office space. PROMATIC® SGC solar controllers

PROMATIC® SGC solar controllers are used for the control of solar systems and in combination with other energy sources. SGC controllers allow selection between up to 63 pre-set hydraulic schemes. Controller set-up and management is extremely easy thanks to Seltron simplicity solutions. Unique solutions, such as a start-up wizard, 14-language support, programming of free relays, interactive help and operation simulation are all built-in as standard.

PROMATIC® AHC - NEW and CMP heating controllers

PROMATIC® AHC are compact and simple heating controllers that are installed directly onto the mixing valve. They are distinguished by their compact design, fast installation, ease of use and reliability. Depending on circuit type they can control mixing valve according to room, outdoor or room & outdoor temperature. PROMATIC® CMP is a modern weather-compensated heating controller with touch screen capability. The controller boasts a compact design with a built-in actuator to control the mixing heating circuit. It can function as an independent controller or as an extension for additional heating circuits.

PROMATIC® WDC heating controllers

PROMATIC WDC are modern weather-compensated heating controllers. They are designed for room heating with one or two mixing heating circuits, domestic hot water warming with a boiler and solar system and for the control of up to two heat sources. WDC controllers also boast simple operation using Seltron simplicity solutions and can be connected together via BUS connection. ®

PROMATIC® WXD heating controllers PROMATIC WXD are modern weather-compensated heating controllers. Their size of 144 x 96 x 48 mm makes them universally suitable for new heating installations as well as a replacement for existing systems. They are designed to control up to two mixing heating circuits, domestic hot water warming with a boiler and/or solar system and for the control of up to two heating sources. ®

PROMATIC® KXD boiler controllers

PROMATIC KXD boiler controllers are modern and powerful controllers for the control of boiler, domestic hot water warming, alternative heat sources and solar systems. They are designed to control (oil or gas fired) boiler temperature, protect the boiler and control complete heating system. ®

PROMATIC® ACC and SCC constant temperature controllers

PROMATIC® ACC constant temperature controllers are used for constant temperature control. They have a built-in actuator to control the mixing valve or the mixing valve and pump. The controller is set-up through a touch sensitive keypad located on the upper side of the controller. PROMATIC® SCC controllers are used for constant boiler return-pipe temperature control and storage tank loading. SCC controllers can be used in all kinds of solid fuel boiler systems as well as in pellet boiler systems. The layered storage tank loading function enables quick energy gain at boiler start-up and thus the quick start-up of the heating system.

PROMIX® AVC actuators

SELTRONHOME SeltronHome is a modern way of regulating, saving and ensuring comfortable room heating. State-of-the-art technology brings together Seltron heating controllers with a cloud-based software platform and applications for mobile devices and personal computers. These solutions enable many new possibilities and advantages for end users as well as installers, service personnel and the overall supportive environment. Existing users of Seltron controllers can connect them to SeltronHome through the GWD communications interface, while 4th generation (4G) controllers connect to SeltronHome automatically without the need for any additional equipment. The SeltronHome platform also allows the transfer of data for the Selcontrol software suite and other DDC or SCADA systems.

SELTRONHOME CLAUSIUS App

GWD GATEWAY GWD1 is a Wi-Fi gateway which allows owners of Seltron controllers to use the SeltronHome environment and remote heating management applications. Comunnication interface of the heating controller is connected to the GWD with the cable. The GWD Gateway connects to the household Wi-Fi network and from there to the Internet and the cloud. The SeltronHome software, which is the heart of the solutions, runs in the cloud. The GWD connects to the Internet with the touch of a button or by using a mobile device or computer application.

CLAUSIUS APPLICATION Clausius is an on-line and mobile application for PCs, tablets and smart phones. It is aimed at the end users of Seltron heating controllers. It allows users to simply and remotely manage and fine-tune their home heating system from anywhere and at any time. The application supports the review and set-up of the requested temperature, time programmes of the heating areas and hot water, the activation of Party, Eco and Holiday functions, and much more. The application also monitors the functioning of the heating system and notifies the user when necessary. For example: “Fill the hopper with pellets”, “Load more logs”, “Clean the boiler”, or when an unusual temperature deviation occurs. The applications currently support Android and iOS devices.

PROMATIC速 SGC is a modern and powerful controller designed for demanding hydraulic systems. Effectiveness and universality of SGC controller is achieved with a built-in 0 - 10 V and PWM control of the solar circulation pump and the possibility to select between many different pre-set hydraulic schemes. For hydraulic schemes with two storage tanks, different loading strategies are available for optimal usage of the solar energy. The unused output can be freely programmed. PROMATIC速 SGC solar controllers control speed of solar circulation pump and keep constant temperature difference between solar panels and d. h. w. storage tank. This way the maximum efficiency of solar systems can be achieved. SGC solar controllers are performing also a variety of other control and logic functions to ensure an effective operation of many hydraulic systems with solar panels and other energy sources. Integrated solution Seltron simplicity adds a unique and easy note to the controller at start up and use. The 14-language support, simulation of the temperature sensors, graphical presentation of measured temperatures and gained energy offers to user even greater comfort and oversight of the solar system. Large illuminated graphical display allows a clear demonstration of the system operation and all other data.

PROMATIC® AHC controllers are intended to control mixing circuit temperature according to room or outdoor or booth temperature.

yy AHC20 controller is a thermostatic (room sensor) controller of mixing circuit. yy AHC21 controller is weather compensated (outdoor sensor) controller of mixing circuit. yy AHC22 controller is a universal controller and has a possibility to choose the operation mode with outdoor or room sensor. Setup of controller is done with touch sensitive keypad on the cover of the controller. Display is used to indicate actual temperatures and to setup the controller. PROMATIC® CMP25-2 is the first compact controller with touch screen with a built-in actuator. It has an innovative and unique concept and user friendly interface. PROTECTIVE FUNCTIONS The built-in mechanisms protect the heating system against freezing, while additional integrated functions ensure start-up of a circulation pump and opening of a mixing valve when either the pump of the valve have been inactive for a longer period of time.

PC INTERFACE Through dedicated USB inverter the PROMATIC速 AHC and CMP controllers can be connected to a PC. The accompanying Selcontrol software allows setting and monitoring of controller operation using a PC. The solution also operates in the SeltronHome environment.

PROMATIC® WDC is a modern weather compensated heating controller with one or two mixing heating circuits, for domestic hot water warming with boiler and solar system and up to two heat sources. WDC is designed for demanding installations and allows user to choose among fifty-two pre-set hydraulic schemes. For a quick and easy start, a start-up wizard is installed, that guides user through the controller setting in only three to four steps. The controller can be switched to simulation mode, where you can simulate the temperatures of individual sensors and monitor the controller’s response.

PROMATIC速 WXD are designed in size of 144 x 96 x 48 mm which makes them universal for use in new heating installations as well as replacement controllers for existing systems. They are designed to control two mixing heating circuits, domestic hot water warming with boiler and/or solar system and for control of up to two heat sources. The controller can be used for different temperature requirements of users in two separate flats or floors. In the field of renewable energy sources the WXD controller allows the connection of a heat pump and a conventional heating source in a comprehensive and economical system.

SYSTEM SIMULATION The simulation program is a special function which allows temperature sensor simulation, and thereby enables the user to test the system operation.

INTERACTIVE HELP Fast and easy access to short manuals, notifications, warnings, software version, etc.

By pressing the HOLIDAY operation mode the heating is set at a specific energy saving temperature until the selected date.

Anil-legionella program The controller ensures the water is bacteria-free by periodically heating water to 60 °C.

HEATING SYSTEM PROTECTION The controller ensures periodical start-up of pumps and valves during inactive period as well as protection of the solar panels, and the heater against overheating or freezing.

PC INTERFACE Through dedicated USB inverter the PROMATIC® WXD controller can be connected to a PC. The accompanying Selcontrol software allows setting and monitoring of controller operation using a PC. The solution also operates in the SeltronHome environment.

Simple handling of the controller is based on user friendly interface with graphical icons. With Seltron simplicity solutions built-in the controller offers a wealth of comfort and advantages to the user. Selection between 52 different hydraulic schemes, including schemes with two mixing circuits or two heat sources and solar system. All controller settings are permanently stored, user settings can be saved to a user file and later activated. Each change of controller setting, exceeded maximum temperature or system malfunction is written to a log. STB THERMAL SAFETY FUSE

CONTROLLER INSTALLATION IN OR ON TO THE BOILER HOUSING

Thermal safety fuse serves as thermal protection of the heat source by cutting of power supply to the burner if the temperature exceeds 110 °C. Red alert inscription on STB signals that thermal safety fuse has been activated.

Controller can be installed in a dry room, avoiding immediate vicinity of sources of strong electromagnetic field. It can be fixed inside or onto the boiler siding.

CHIMNEY SWEEP KEY KXD controllers feature “Chimney sweep function” which helps the chimney sweeper and installer by fine tuning the burner and boiler emission test. “STB test” function helps the installer to check operation of safety thermal fuse STB.

PROMATIC速 ACC compact controller is designed to control a constant stand and return pipe temperature. It is built into the housing of an actuator. It is used for controlling the return temperature of solid fuel boilers, or filling of the storage tank, to control the supply temperature for swimming pools and other heating or cooling systems. ACC controller is simple to install and use. The settings are done by means of capacitive keypad that is resistant to mechanical impacts, moisture and dust. PROMATIC速 SCC is a powerful controller of constant temperature. It is intended for constant boiler return-pipe temperature control and for 2-phased storage tank loading. The function of 2-phase storage tank loading enables quick energy gain at boiler start-up and consequentially a quick start-up of the heating system. SCC controller is applicable for all kind of solid fuel boiler systems as well as for pellet boiler systems. It can manage a layered storage tank loading. SCC controller is simple to install and use. The settings are made through a setup wizard and a graphic interface.

PROMIX® actuators have an optional built-in auxiliary micro switch which can be used to turn off the circulation pump when mixing valve is closed. PROMIX® actuators are maintenance free. PROMIX® AVE Seltron actuators are intended for installation into compact pump groups of smaller size (up to DN20). Their main feature is compact size and quick installation. Their design is suitable for left or right stand pipe orientation.

MIXING VALVE POSITION IS NO LONGER AN OBSTACLE By actuator mounting we are often confronting with diverse positions of the mixing valves. For our actuators this is not an obstacle, because they can be mounted in any position.

FAST AND SIMPLE INSTALLATION With the help of mounting sets, the actuator can be easily installed on a mixing valve. A manual turn of the valve can be done with the help of a button or a handle. Where manual turn of the valve is not allowed, there is a position indicator available.

Room unit RCD is designed for simple and comfortable room temperature adjustment and controller operation mode selection. Room unit is mounted in central living room, where are the most relevant temperature and climatic conditions of the building. The same way as with room unit, all adjustments can also be made with application Clausius on smart devices. For this purpose an internet connection to SeltronHome platform is needed. Room units RCD is compatible with all modern Seltron controllers, such as AHC, CMP, WDC, WXD, KXD, KPD, KUD and KWD. SELLING TERMS GENERAL TERMS The sale of products and services is executed solely in accordance with these general conditions of sale. Purchase conditions of our buyers are with this excluded and they are not being accepted also in cases, when we not disapprove them explicitly. All eventual discrepancies from these general conditions for sale must be prior in written approved by our part. The general conditions for sale are a component part of pro-forma invoices, invoices, offers and contracts. All receipt orders must be in written shape and the receipt orders are valid only with our written confirmation. Also confirmations by fax or e-mail are thought as written confirmed orders. Content of our confirmation is at least valid. In case, that the buyer untermands the order is he obligated to refund all costs to the company, which occurred concerning this order till day of otice.

DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are orientating and are not binding, unless it was written confirmed otherwise. Delivery time starts with the day of order confirmation and runs out with the day of delivery of the product or fulfillment of the service to the buyer. Delivery times can be proportionally prolonged in case of unpredictable barriers, which occurred despite our will, and they are such nature, that they had important impact on fulfillment of ligations. Beginning and the end of the barriers are we obligated to report immediately to the buyer. Based on this barriers the buyer can’t file a claim for return of damage occurred next to exceeding of delivery time. Partial deliveries are admissible. Confirmed delivery time is extended easily in case of additional change of buyers order. In case, that the buyer in frame of the delivery time isn’t capable to take over the goods or arranged service, we are justified to issue a bill for value of goods or services. At the same time we are justified to calculate the costs of storage of goods and for occurred costs issue a bill. Transition of responsibility for products applies with the day of takeover of goods, delivered form the transporter. In case, when we don’t carry the costs of transport, transmits the risk of loose and injury of goods on the buyer with handing over to the transporter, forwarder or the client personally.

TERMS OF PAYMENT The bill is payable in term and on manner, that was arranged next to conclusion of the contract or confirmed next to receipt of order. As the date of payment, is counted the day of arrival of buyer’s means at our transactional bank account at a commercial bank. If the purchase price is paid within 8 days from issuing of the bill, then to the buyer is confessed additional discount in height of 2 percent. In case, that the buyer does not pay the purchased money in arranged pay time period, are we justified to charge default interests. In case of unsuccessful agreement concerning settlement of claims, we will by preliminary written admonition, exact payment with lawsuit.

OWNERSHIP We reserve the right of ownership on delivered products till the entire settlement of the bill that means including with all side claims, eventual interests and costs. Only when the claim from realized delivery of products or services is in whole settled, ownership transmits on the buyer. Buyer is in time till the settlement of the bill obligatory to treat the goods as a good master. When the buyer does not pay the goods in arranged time period, he may not sell it to other buyer because of reservation of property right to complete payment. We reserve the right to property to all offered supplemental e.g. sketch, plans etc. every documentation that we sent to the buyer may not be handed over to the third person without written permission.

SELLING TERMS PROTECTION OF DATA The buyer is bound with individual information’s and business secrets concerning the fulfillment of the contract to act confidentially and not hand over to third party documents, drawings, sketches or similar supplements without written consent.

CLAIM The buyer is obligated for every damage, that occurred by transport next to delivery to claim back to transporter and to gain his confirmation. At the same time is the buyer obligatory to immediately notify each damage in written shape to seller. In case of a justified claim, we will resolve this most lately in 30 days. In case, that the claim is not possible to resolve in this time period, we will notify the buyer of the new time period and the manner of solution of this claim in written shape. The buyer is obligated to restrain the products till solution of the claim and act with them as a good owner, otherwise he is responsible for occurred damage.

GUARANTEE All delivered products have a guarantee of 24 months from sale of the device or mostly 30 months from the day of the sale of the product. The buyer is obligated to consider the instruction for use and ontage, which are attached to the product. The claim can’t be put in by ncorrect and unprofessional use or montage of the product. In these cases the guarantee stops being valid. The guarantee agreement is appointed with the contract or supplemental to the contract.

SERVICING Servicing of the equipment does the service SELTRON d.o.o. in time of the guarantee and outside the guarantee age. Conditions of the servicing are determined considering the type of goods.

QUALITY OF GOODS The quality of goods must suit the valid standards and norm for ndividual product or must be in accordance with individual technical demands, by which the product is made.

SOLVING OF DISPUTES We will try to solve all disputes consensually. In case, that the disputes won’t be possible to abolish consensual, is for solving of them competent the Court of justice in Maribor.
