As a Buyer Specialist, her primary goal is to know what properties are available for sale and match our buyers with those properties. Martha graduated with a degree in Business from Portland State University. Her children attended Bend public schools and are now graduated from college. An active member of the community since 1997, Martha has been a PTA President, business owner and currently serves on the advisory board for the Assistance League of Bend.

MELISSA BEAVER BROKER,BUYER & LISTING SPECIALIST Melissa moved to Bend from the Oregon Coast in 1990. Licensed in 2012, her knowledge of the Central Oregon real estate market and commitment to her clients has helped her buyers and sellers through the real estate process. Melissa previously worked at the Cancer Treatment Center at St. Charles and for the Bend La Pine School District. DATA SOURCES

This market study was compiled wholly from information in the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon. Although the MLS does not entail 100% of the market, it does comprise a significant majority. In our opinion, the statistics, trends, and information contained herein are an accurate reflection of the Bend market.

AREA SCOPE

This report covers property within the Greater Bend Urban area and closely surrounding areas. It does not include Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters or other communities.

TIME FRAME

This report was prepared in January of 2020. Sales figures reflect activity from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Additional history in this report has been compiled since 2010.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS • ACTIVE, CONTINGENT & PENDING: Refers to properties actively listed for sale, contingent and pending sales in MLS as of January 1, 2020. • BEND HOMES: Homes located primarily within the Urban area and are situated on sites of approximately one acre or less. • DAYS ON MARKET: Number of calendar days from listing date to close of escrow. Includes escrow period, typically running between 30-60 days. • HOMES ON ACREAGE: Homes both inside and out of the Urban area on sites of greater than one acre. • MULTI-FAMILY UNITS: Residential duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. • RESIDENTIAL BARE ACREAGE: Residential building sites of greater than one acre. • RESIDENTIAL LOTS: Residential building sites of one acre or less.
