Sometimes that’s why I don’t do my homework on time,” Ngo said. “Sometimes it is [worth it to put homework off] because I want to watch and find out what happens next but I try to do all my homework before my drama starts.” Even though obsessed students have other activities to do, they some how always find a way to work around them. Students have their reasons for watching and their reasons for tuning in when ever their show runs. “ I kinda [regret having to work around my show] because I focus on the drama instead of things I’m suppose to do. Like when ever people text me something important I don’t reply until like one or two hours later after my drama is done,” Ngo said. --- SULEMA GARCIA
THIS BECAME THAT: THAT’S SO RAVEN: Using her psychic powers and wit, main character Raven Baxter, her friends, Eddie and Chelsea, and her family members get in and out of humorous situations. This series started in January 2003 and played about 100 episodes until it ended in November 2007.
SO RANDOM: A spin off of “Sonny with a Chance,” which was a show within a show, is a sketch comedy series with 26 episodes for the first season. This series started in June 2011 and will have a season finale in March 2012. The show has the same cast as it’s original, just without Sonny.

RUGRATS: Left to their imaginations Tommy, Chuckie, twins Phil and Lil, and Angelica go through their day-to-day lives with random baby adventures. Later on Kimi, Dil, and Susie were added to the series. Running from June 2009 until October 2011 Rugrats has produced about 170 episodes.
KUNG FU PANDA: A spinoff of the movie, it follows Po, the panda, as he aspires to become a Kung Fu master. With guidance from the Furious Five and Master Shifu, Po struggles to master the techniques. This is Nickelodeon’s second DreamWorks deal, Kung Fu Panda has 104 ordered episodes.

When the clock changes to the show’s run time, their loyal fans are plopping down on their couches, chairs or even the floor. “ I love Asian dramas. [I watch them] every day. I finish one drama then I go on to the next,” Jennifer Ngo,soph., said. “ [I like] Secret Garden, Boys Before Flowers,and Can You Hear My Heart.” Another student ‘obsessed’ with a TV show is sophomore Eleanie Turner. “ [I’m obsessed with] Vampire Diaries because of the excitement,” Turner said. When a person is obsessed they sometimes have to plan their other activities around the time their show runs. Excuses

COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG: Courage, the somewhat human like dog, lives with his owners Muriel and Eustace, in the “Middle of Nowhere.” They are frequently thrown into bizarre misadventures. Airing in November 1999 and ended in November 2002 after producing 52 episodes.
ADVENTURE TIME: Focusing on best friends, Finn, the human boy, and Jake, the dog that has magical powers, this random cartoon takes place in the Land of Ooo. The season premiered in December 2008 and has not yet decided the current seasons finale date. There have been 40 episodes.
