Millennium Challenge Corporation (April 2019-Present) – Provided the overall strategy for migration of content from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365 SharePoint Online. Developed a plan to address Stakeholder requirements along with considerations for the roles and responsibilities of business users and technical support teams to support the transition of an effective migration. Maintained the product backlog of user stories gathered, prioritized, and accepted based on agency requirements. Developed a training model and materials to support the business users in the form of job aids.

Department of Education (Nov 2014-Present) - Developed SharePoint 2010 and 2013 training course materials for the Department of Education to include: course curriculum, hands on activities, and course evaluation. Conducted training sessions onsite with in class and remote attendees. Developed one-on-one coaching sessions along with a request workflow process in SharePoint. Provided post 2013 migration user support for the SharePoint Help Desk through a ticketing system. Provided SharePoint server hardware and software specifications for new server farm build out. Developed a SharePoint Architect Learning Plan to train staff on proper server farm maintenance and administration techniques. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (Sept 2017-Dec 2017) - Provided SharePoint Server Farm Assessment of multiple farms. Assessment included meetings with Stakeholders and business units to analyze the existing implementation, understand pain points with environment, assessment of infrastructure, and provided recommendations to resolve issues. American Nurses Association (January 2016-April 2017) Provided SharePoint Online in Office365 support to a health care association. Developed enterprise wide strategic plans for executive board, management, IT department and end user adoption. Strategic planning for migration of data on a redesign project. Developed SharePoint Administrator Learning Plans and conducted coaching sessions for the SharePoint Administrator. Produced training materials and conducted instructor led training and workshops for varying levels of SharePoint users. Lancaster General Health (April 2014-April 2017) - Worked alongside project team to migrate a hospital of 40,000 users from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013. The role included: custom code development, SharePoint server farm configuration, and provided strategy on roll out plans for Go Live launch.
