Connecting Our Farm toYour Table … Infused Vinegars: Endless Options for Flavour! Our vinegars impart a great deal of flavour to so many things! I have worked extremely hard to develop the flavours. Have you tried our vinegars? You can add heat to a dish by using the Peppered Nasturtium, Blueberry Blast or Douglas Fir Chilli. They are a welcome addition to cocktails, or brighten your water by adding a splash … you will drink more water! Instead of reaching for oil next time you cook, try using a flavoured vinegar; the versatility is amazing. Here are some suggestions: 1. Roast vegetables – just drizzle some on top of your vegetables for extra flavour or to add heat 2. Sautée 3. Risotto 4. Sorbet – Place a bottle of fruit infused vinegar into an icecream maker and turn it on; 20 minutes later you have a fruit flavoured sorbet with only vinegar! 5.Crème Brûlée topping 6. Cocktails 7. Cheesecake topping 8. Marinated feta cheese with olives 9. Marinated meatballs 10. Pulled pork 11. Grilled stone fruit 12. Add the vinegars to water or soda water for a refreshing beverage 13.
