MANDATORY CONSERVATION NOTICE On 12/1/2016, an operational plant malfunction occurred at the Boroughâ€™s Water Treatment Plant that has resulted in the following: Water Quantity is Severely Limited At this time, there is no disease-causing organisms that require mandatory water boiling.
What should I do? CONSERVE WATER. Only use potable water for essential uses such as: drinking, cooking and bathing. Limit shower use and laundry.
What is being done? The Borough is working with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and others to resolve this situation. Additional information will be disseminated as it becomes available. We will inform you when you no longer need to conserve water. For more information, please contact:
