Inspire Surgery Centre/Restora Austin Dr. Gordon and Dr. Reid of Restora Austin approached us to renovate their existing plastic surgery clinic and provide an adjacent AAAASF licensed procedure suite. Their preference was for a modern, but natural, aesthetic that led to the use of reclaimed wood elements, high end imported light fixtures, natural stone, and clear sealed concrete floors. SF: ~3,800 total expansion + renovation space Timeline: Approximately 10 months

Georgetown Center for Adult Medicine Formerly a strip center, the clinic for adult medicine was designed to assist residents in Sun City, Texas with basic medical care. Sun City’s restricted community serves residents 55 and older, thereby providing a strong need for specialty, geriatric care. Extensive research on the aging eye helped determine the initial color palette with rich, saturated blues and teals. Handrails line the corridors to assist those with limited mobility and extra wide doors allow for extra space when staff assist patients into the exam rooms. This community asset brings healthcare closer to a retired community in need of basic medical care, helping patients to age in their homes in the best of health.

Georgetown Center for Adult Medicine Though extensive research was performed for this project, the client did opt to utilize their branded color pallette for this facility, hence the discrepancy between the original concept renderings and the resulting photographs of the completed space. SF: 4,957 SF Budget: ~$450k Timeline: Approximately 6 months construction

Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia TCA needed a redistribution of space for their growing, award winning central Texas based clinic. We expanded them into approxitmately 2,500 SF of additional space, while assisting with their department reorganization to fit their expanded needs. SF: ~8,700 SF Budget: ~$225K Timeline: Phased construction over a 9 month period.

St. David’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation SDPM&R started off in approximately 1,200 SF of clinic space on the opposite side of the campus, but with the addition of new doctors, they needed a much larger space to accommodate their orthopedic patients. An existing space was renovated to fit their needs with the inclusion of contemporary elements that are both appealing and functional for their less-mobile patients. SF: ~2,800 SF Budget: ~$280k Timeline: Approximately 3 months
