City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in principles of Business Administration
This course is suited to those who work or want to work in a business support role or if you are interested in learning how to carry out every day administrative tasks. This course is knowledge based and you will have the learning delivered to you by a qualified assessor in a group settling. The types of subjects covered include principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment, principles of providing administrative services, principles of managing information and producing documents and contributing to innovation and change. You will be assessed through multiple choice tests at the end of each module.
This course is suited to those who work as an office supervisor or want to progress to an office supervisor or manager and you are looking to develop your knowledge surrounding these areas. This course is knowledge based and you will have the learning delivered to you by a qualified assessor in a group settling. The types of subjects covered include work, principles of working with and supervising others in a business environment, principles of managing information and producing documents in a business environment, principles of providing and maintaining administrative services and principles of innovation and change. You will be assessed through multiple choice tests at the end of each module.
