TILLETT SEAT T8 The T8 and T8 1/4 are the most popular seats made by Tillett Racing Seats. The T8 has a63 degree driving angle and an excellent comfort and depth. The T8 was the first kart seat to be made using the RTM production method. This system makes strong fibreglass mouldings with uniform quality and thickness, the process also speeds up production, keeping the T8 price below that of the handmade models. There are two rigidity options Standard and Soft. The composite quality of the T8 is perfect and the two smooth sides keep a clean professional image throughout the life of the seat. The T8 can be ordered uncovered, with a 1/4 or 1/2 partial cover or a full cover. All covered seats will use the white, silver or black fibre. The clear seats will not be used for covered seats as the adhesive shows through the translucent part. All Soft T8 seats are white fibre. The uncovered clear T8 remains to provide a low cost seat option.
