The Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure (MREI) class represents a mix of students from different industries and academic backgrounds. The 12-month Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure (MREI) equips students with a distinctive combination of subject matter expertise, integrative skills, and industry knowledge necessary for successful careers in both real estate and infrastructure. Building upon a decades long track record of excellence, rigorous theory informs innovative practice in this groundbreaking program.

The MREI’s comprehensive curriculum integrates business leadership with an industry focus on development, investment, and financing. Gain the skills and knowledge to analyze and execute successful real estate and infrastructure projects. The cornerstone of the program is a three-term leadership development course in which you’ll sharpen your critical thinking skills and develop your own leadership style.
In your final term, you’ll have the opportunity to complete an optional internship and to apply theory during the ‘Creative Workshop’ course, where you will tackle a timely project that embodies real-world social, environmental, and business challenges. Benefit from valuable feedback as you present your solutions to a panel of business leaders from within the industry.
MREI graduates work in real estate and infrastructure development, investment and portfolio management, project finance and consulting. They are employed by developers, real estate investment trusts, pension funds and advisory firms, financial institutions, brokerage and consulting firms. Some are entrepreneurs launching their own firms.

• Proof of study completed in English: 2 years minimum (must be full-time study) at an accredited university in a country (or institution) where English is the official language of instruction.
