This dynamic coincides with the growing importance of “real assets” in both institutional and individual asset portfolios. Real estate and infrastructure investment is driving increased demand for highly qualified professionals that understand both industries as well as the connections between them. The 12-month Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure (MREI) builds upon the reputation and expertise of the MBA specialization in Real Estate & Infrastructure. The cornerstone of the program is a three-term leadership development course in which you’ll sharpen your critical thinking skills and develop your own leadership style.

In your final term, you’ll have the opportunity to complete an optional internship and to apply theory during the ‘Creative Workshop’ course, where you will tackle a timely project that embodies real-world social, environmental and business challenges. Benefit from valuable feedback as you present your solutions to a panel of business leaders from within the industry. A UNIQUE CO-CURRICULAR EXPERIENCE Participate in a variety of city and site tours, international case competitions and industry networking events. Challenge yourself at the renowned Developers’ Den case competition, where you’ll collaborate with fellow students to develop imaginative solutions to industry challenges. Build an invaluable network with industry leaders and foster new meaningful connections in your field through the optional Professional Development Mentorship Program offered by the Brookfield Centre in Real Estate and Infrastructure.
