AIM 1

To be committed to honesty and responsibility in all relationships.

• The school has a very good relationship with parents/carers –effective and variety of ways of communicating

• Governors, Management staff treat each other with mutual respect and look to support one another in all aspects of school life

To provide a rich, stimulating and exciting text based curriculum which challenges every pupil to achieve

To create a family ethos with a caring and welcoming atmosphere that gives us all a sense of belonging.

• To recognise that God is our Father and as a school family we follow and live within those values.

AIM 4

To provide a calm, safe environment for every person to grow, learn and feel valued.

• A secure building : secure, limited entry, fencing, signing in visitors, Lockdown Procedure.

• Every class develops their own class rules, which the pupils have ownership of.

• Whole school expectation of following the Ozzie’s Way

• Clear boundaries are consistently enforced by staff so that all pupils have clear expectations.
