On Sunday, we celebrated the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity. The Sign of the Cross is the very heart of the Mystery of our Faith. We, as Catholics, use it at the beginning of each new day and at the close of every day, acknowledging that we belong to God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is a prayer in itself and the very first prayer that we teach our children. As you make the Sign of the Cross this week with your family, remember that the communion of life and love which exist in the Trinity, also exists within you and your family. In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
