Hugless Douglas! We already know that there is nothing better than a good hug from a kind friend. In Newton class, hugs got creative this week after the class was inspired by the story "Hugless Douglas. We witnessed the traditional hug, mixed in with the back-to-front hug, the side-to-side hug and the armchair hug!

Guinea Pigs Last week, we met Harry and Benny our new pet Guinea pigs here at School 21. This week the children have enjoyed getting to know them as well as beginning to care for them.

100% Attendance Last week we awarded nine bronze certificates for 100% Attendance over the Spring Term. We also awarded a further nine silver certificates to children who have not yet missed a day of school since they started in September. Well done everybody and keep it up!

Citizen of the Week winners

If your child is interested in taking guitar lessons after school, School 21 might be able to provide a venue! Many thanks to Adam's mum for coordinating! Could you please email Sabrina at chezlesnkoso@gmail.com with expression of interest and include: your child's name; preferred days (after school); whether or not you have a guitar; and if you'd be willing to make a commitment of a term or half-term.
