 INTENIST Y:  Aerobic Exercise 40% to < 60% HRR  Resistance 40% to 60% 1-RM

 TIME:  Aerobic exercise 20-60 min per day  Resistance: 1-3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

 T YPE:  Aerobic exercises: walking cycling, swimming  Resistance exercises: resistance machines or weight bearing functional tasks targeting all muscle groups
