Survey of Public Officials Introduction for Respondents Good morning/afternoon. I am __________________ working with the Conflict Management and Development Associates (CMDA). We are conducting a survey under the Governance Reform Secretariat for the Sierra Leone Government. You have been selected and I would like to ask if you would work with us by answering a few questions. The purpose of this study is to identify the practices that have developed within the public institutions related to the distribution of public services. All information, which you offer, will be kept strictly confidential. It is extremely important for us to maintain the confidentiality of your answers.
