DK Kom og smag vores håndlavede fish 'n' chips, med hjemmelavet remoulade. Emma startede oprindeligt den lille butik, med et ønske om, at servere god fisk, til en pris alle kunne være med på. Emma har selv udviklet opskrifter, på både dej og remoulade. I dag drives den videre i samme ånd, med samme tanke på kvalitet og god smag. Derfor skærer vi torsken i hånden, hver dag, hvorefter den håndsaltes og er klar, til dagens gæster. Der er naturligvis også et udsalg, af alle vores sild i butikken.

UK Come try our handmade fish 'n' chips with handmade remoulade. Emma originally founded the little shop, with a wish of serving good fish at a decent price. Emma developed the recipes for both dough and remoulade herself. Today it is driven by the same principles and the same spirit with emphasis on quality and great taste. That is why we cut the cod ourselves every day, salt it by hand, and prepare it daily for the guests. We also have the full selection of the herrings produced by Christiansø Pigens Sild.
