e started with one Dentist, one Office Manager (who was also the Marketing Coordinator and helped up front), one other person in the front office, two Assistants, and two Hygienists (seven total).
Now we have two Doctors, still myself as the Office Manager, two front office personnel, four Assistants, three Hygienists, and a Marketing Coordinator. Thirteen total and almost doubling our size! I think our biggest win besides the
amazing increase in New Patients, patient referrals, production and collections is being able to hire more staff and create an amazing team. By gaining a doctor, we started opening on nights and weekends for our patients and have a fantastic referral program where we get to give away trips and prizes! We help people in our community, have a great place for our team to work, are able to send our team to more training, have effective meetings, have a marketing coordinator (that we are able to send to The
Marketing Masters Program, plus three of our staff went to Conversion & Compliance 3.0! 2013 was an amazing year, but 2014 will be even better.
