One of the best ways to act environmentally responsible is to design & manufacture sustainable products, limiting the frequency of their renewal. Anodised profiles undergo electro-chemical treatment resulting in a 15 μ thick protective surface coating of aluminium oxide. Painted profiles are powder coated using polyester powder to 60 μ then oven-baked at 180-200°C. All paint finishes are UV treated to ensure that the original colour is not lost over time.

VITINCOM® is committed to continual improvement in its environmental performance and to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for people and the environment. VITINCOM® has established with its partners, a recycling process optimisation policy without sacrificing quality. -100% of VITINCOM® notice boards are recyclable (door, back, profile, packaging) -100% of steel, aluminium, plastic & wood off cuts are recycled. -100% of waste (oil, paint, etc) are collected and disposed of by specialised waste disposal facilities.

è Packaging Packaging is of high quality to ensure that you receive goods in perfect condition. The packaging used is specific to the nature of the product – reinforced cardboard boxes, banding, cloth sheathes & wooden crates.

è A large choice of accessories VITINCOM® offers a large choice of accessories as standard: post kits, decorative & standard header boards, LED lighting kits.

è Colours For each notice board, a range of standard colours is offered. Should your project require a different colour, at VITINCOM® we can supply your notice board in any RAL colour (please contact us for more details). Notice boards painted in a nonstandard colour have a minimum manufacture time of 4 weeks. The majority of products with an anodised finish are in stock and also in the best selling colours.

LED Lighting kits Code

Energy efficiency: 12,5 watts per linear metre of electricity consumed. Lighting kit comprises 1 or 2 LED ribbons (one for the top & one for the bottom depending on size) with a transformer to be installed outside the notice boards. Warning: LED ribbons & transformer are not factory fitted and require installation by a qualified electrician to comply with applicable safety regulations. Product codes: see table.
