What time can we host our wedding? Traditionally, weddings are hosted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. However, we are flexible on timing and happy to further explore the best time for your perfect day.

What is the minimum and maximum guest count? Your wedding can be as intimate as you like, or as large as a 150 guest celebration.

Do you recommend a wedding planner? We do not require a wedding planner, but we would gladly recommend planners and day-of coordinator, so that you are free to enjoy your celebration.

Can I bring in entertainment? Yes, you can bring in your favorite band, DJ, or other entertainment. Certain parameters do apply. We would happy to go over them with you in person or over the phone.

Can I ship things to you in advance? Yes, you are welcome to ship items to your venue in advance. Depending on size, there may be a minimal storage fee.

Do you provide catering for the wedding? Yes, your wedding will be catered by Danny Meyer's culinary team at Marta.

Will my wedding require chair rentals for a sit-down dinner? Depending on the size of your party, there may be additional rentals necessary to ensure that everyone has a seat.

How many guests can be accommodated for a dinner? We traditionally seat up to 150 maximum banquet-style in our ballroom and combined terrace.

Are there room accommodations available for my guests? Yes, our hotel sales manager can assist with securing room blocks at a preferred rate within The Redbury New York.
