COLLECT DATA / BUSINESS CARDS TO ENTER COMPETITIONS YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED • Like a physical event you can run competitions by collecting “business cards” in a fish bowl • Visitors simply click on the virtual fish bowl to leave their personal details / virtual business card and enter the the prize draw • Set a time to draw the winning card and you can announce the winner at your booth using the group chat function or by making use of a video conferencing tool • Delegates will be sharing the following details with you: • Full Name • Company • Job Title • Email • Industry Sector • Business Type


VIRTUAL BADGE SCANNER COLLECT DATA FROM THE DELEGATES • Like a physical event you can scan the badge of visitors to your booth to collect their contact details • Each booth will come with a virtual badge swipe button prominently placed at the top of the page, easy for visitors to find and use • Everytime a visitors badge is swiped your designated staff will receive an email with the visitors’ contact details • Exhibitors will receive the following data: • Full Name • Company • Job Title • Email • Industry Sector • Business Type

• Premium booth packages include a 30 minute product demo or presentation (similar to a webinar) • Ideally, we will pre-record the product demo to ensure a professional presentation (it can be broadcasted live as well) • You can also include sales material relating to the presentation which can be downloaded while delegates watch the webinar • We will share the demo/webinar schedule via direct Outreach to Operators to encourage them to book participation in the sessions • As part of this package we will announce up to two of your broadcasts towards all the event attendees via push notification


ENGAGING WITH CUSTOMERS MANAGING YOUR BOOTH TRAFFIC • You know who is at your booth at all times! • Booth staff can see a list of visitors which includes the visitor’s name, company,job title and useful demographics such as industry vertical and business type. • Click on the download icon next to a visitor name to collect the visitor’s information and you can follow up with him/her post-event • Booth staff are notified when a new visitor come to the booth by a doorbell chime • Initiate private chats with visitors to your booth • Each visitor to your booth has a green speech bubble icon next their name. To start a chat simply click on the green icon and a chat box will appear to start the conversation • You can talk to multiple visitors at once, advising on products and answering questions • Chats are all saved so you can download them and refer to in your post event follow-up • Never miss an opportunity • When you are logged into the event platform visitors to your booth can contact you and start conversations, even while you are exploring the rest of the event • When you are logged out the chat function shows you are busy, but visitors can still schedule a meeting or leave a message/email for follow-up
