CLE ACCREDITATION
Application will be made to Illinois and Kansas for MCLE credit. Estimated 18 MCLE hours, including 8 ethics hours.
GOLF CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will not be given on cancellations made after May 30, 2013. You may transfer your reservation to a colleague.
CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
• A full refund will be given if you cancel by 5:00 p.m. on May 23, 2013. • Those canceling after 5:00 p.m., May 23, 2013 through June 10, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $65.00 administrative fee. A link to the course materials will be sent to you by email. Course materials on CD-ROM or USB drive will be mailed to you after the conference. If you prefer printed course materials, you may order them individually for $75.00. • NO REFUND will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you in consideration of tuition paid. Only on-site registration will be available after 12:00 p.m. (noon) on June 10, 2013. • All cancellations must be in writing. If you cannot attend, a colleague may attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same price.
