OCP Position: 2014.1 OCP Papalito AIESEC EAFIT Report to: LCVP TM People in charge: 5 Hours per week: 10 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description Responsible for delivering an event in which the new members (newbies) of AIESEC EAFIT will be graduated, also introduce their parents in the world of AIESEC. Manual of Functions - Elaborate an action plan and a budget for the realization of the event. - Use tracking tools to follow up the activities realized by members of the OC. - Deliver a Knowledge management manual (KM) at the end of the execution of the event. - Prepare all the logistics for the event, such as: place, sound, decoration, etc. - Get sponsors to give a snack during the event - Elaborate a communications strategy plan to guarantee the attendance of the newbies, and their parents to the event. - Design and deliver diplomas for the new members to certificate that they are active members of AIESEC EAFIT. OC ER (x2) Position: 2014.1 OC ER Papalito AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This person will be responsible to look for sponsors that provide snacks and beverages to make the event more comfortable. With the ER Support, must close the agreement that can benefit this and maybe other events. Manual of Functions - Elaborate an action plan to search for sponsors - Involve the sponsors in the event - Create stable relations between sponsors and AIESEC - Follow the established policies by the national and local committee for external relations and brand management. OC COMM Position: 2014.1 OC COMM Awards AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This person will be responsible for all the visual part of the event, that means event identity (logo) and event promotion (ecards, posters). Will also be in charge of all the internal and external strategy, to ensure attendants to the event (new members and their parents). Manual of Functions - Do an internal and external plan to ensure the attendees to the event - Define an identity for the event - Design the diplomas that certificate that new members are active members of AIESEC EAFIT. OC LOGISTICS Position: 2014.1 OC Logistics Papalito AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This position it’s involved with planning and execution of the event, making a satisfactory event for the clients and the OC by making a properly develop of all the events. Manual of Functions - Search and adapt the spaces - Optimize human and material resources - Tracking all the activities involved with the event - Ensure all the logistics in the event day (decoration, sound, food..etc) Organizational Competencies - Emotional Intelligence - Global Mindset - Proactive Learning - Entrepreneurial Outlook - Social Responsibility Role Competencies - Time Management - Project Management - Working under pressure - Resourceful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Optimize the resources - Reaching of objectives
