The vibration and noise are an important test project in quality of bearing.How to effectively control the bearing vibration and noise has been a major problem needed to be resolved in China bearing industry.With the increased demand of low-noise bearings in domestic and foreign the bearing market ,and the lower demand of vibration
noise decibel value in bearing ,the development of a low-noise bearings become increasingly important.First,according to the low voice bearing and the formation principle in vibration and noise of bearing.The article describes
comprehensively.This article also introduce the same kinds of bearing produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory, Japan and other national factories with index of vibration speed, acceleration vibration value, rolling degree, corrugation degree, coarseness and rolling degree with a R shape, which as a result, obtained a lot of dependable experimental data and built foundation for further analysis.Based on the test data,used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the main factors of the bearing raceway surface quality parameters of bearing vibration, Obtained mathematical model
between primary quality parameters of
the rolling bearing and vibration of bearing. The model of significance
test is good by F test, T test.Second,this paper calculated cyclic times when the inner and outer circles of Bearing 6202 meet and the failure frequency when the inner and outer circles and steel balls make simplex deficiency.By the methods of contradistinction and statistics,it then analyzed the effects influenced by rolling degree, corrugation degree, coarseness and rolling degree with a R shape on various frequencies of bearing, the result of which accord with the one by means of regressed analyzing method.Third, it compared and analyzed the processed corrugation on the surface of the rolling of bearing and the quality of steeling balls, produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory and Japan in this article. And it primarily analyzed other influential factors on the vibration and noise of bearing produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory.
