New Explorations in Information and Science (NEXIS), Syracuse, NY Designer Overlooking all branding material for NEXIS, a laboratory in the SU School of Information Studies exploring realms of social media, technology, data analysis and information. Revamped NEXIS logo, solidified brand identity, and redesigned the NEXIS website. Freelance Designer Freelance work for start-up businesses and existing businesses. Clients include: Wonder Inc., a 3-D Printer Incorporation; Live Green; Virginia Brewing Company; and Green Grasshopper Smoothies. Live Green, Washington, DC Intern/Graphic Designer Created marketing material for Live Green, a membership organization securing discounts to green businesses. Projects included designing a landing page Live Green’s website, annual event materials, web ads, print, posters, and newsletters. Onondaga Creekwalk, Syracuse, NY Event/planning designer and film documentation The Onondaga Creekwalk worked with Syracuse University’s Communications Design students to brand the newly revitalized creekwalk. Work includes branding, way-finding, marketing, digital, events/recreation planning, promotion, and process documentation. Syracuse University’s Jerk Magazine, Syracuse, NY Design Director Designer Jerk is a student-run monthly publication that provides a platform for alternative opinion and support local endeavors in music and the arts. Work includes overlooking and designing spreads, managing designers, ensuring all extensions of the Jerk brand are visually consistent, and hiring and training designers as needed.
