SARAH LAMPAZZI I am eager to express my interest in the available position of Sales Manager, and I am confident that I have the qualities needed to be an asset to your company. With a long-time passion for residential design, I pursued and received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, focusing on Home Furnishings, from High Point University in North Carolina. One might say I desired to bring television’s “Grace Adler” to life. Throughout my university career I was able to participate in the well-known High Point Furniture Market, a benefit of High Point’s CIDA accredited program. This opportunity allowed me to experience various aspects of the industry: how sales representatives build business, the involvement of designers and manufacturers, and the task of combing through an abundance of diverse products to find the perfect match for a client. After graduation, I began my career in sales, spending three years in Washington, D.C., and recently in New York, learning the basics of interior design as a top writer. Convinced of my creativity and innovation, attention to detail, and ability to learn, I am eager to join Influence Group in the endeavor of creating the perfect home for each client. I look forward to speaking in the future, and growing with your company. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration, Sarah Lampazzi

AINA SPA DESIGN RENDERINGS The Aina Spa design was inspired by George Clooney and Matt Damon’s philanthropy “Not On Our Watch.”

With it’s modern finishes and tranquil spaces, this spa creates a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Mr. Mathews, who is in a wheelchair and Mrs. Matthews, an avid baker wanted to renovate their kitchen to accommodate their unique needs and interests.

The low counter tops, large toe kicks, and new fixtures and finishes allow the couple to move around their contemporary kitchen as they please.

Dr. Owens owns a family practice and wanted an office renovation. The renovation included a new staircase design and reception area. The staircase is built of 1/2 steel pipes interlaced together to form a criss-cross pattern. The waiting and reception area enhances the staircase design with modern chrome finishes and pops of orange.

Mr. and Mrs. McGovern own a Brooklyn Brownstone. They run an organic ice cream shop on the first floor, have a tenant on the second floor, and reside on the third floor.

With a mix of contract and residential furniture, all three of these spaces have a unique personality. However, with all modern and sustainable furniture these spaces create a beautiful cohesive Brownstone.

This women’s shelter serves as a safe place for battered women to seek refuge from their abusers. It is able to comfortably house up to 20 women and 10 children.

There are both public and private spaces available in the shelter, providing guests with the option to retreat where they feel most comfortable. The live-in employees ensure all security met in order to maintain a family-friendly, therapeutic environment for families to heal while they get back on their feet.
