Include “The Knoll” and “Park Hill Estates on The photo tour will be emailed to all agents in the Santa Barbara MLS. Proactive presentation of “The Knoll” and “Park Hill Estates” to the various local real estate offices at their weekly meetings along with presentations at the monthly meetings for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. Public relations outreach to our contacts at affluent lifestyle publications such as Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Wall Street Journal, C Magazine, Santa Barbara Magazine, Haute Magazine, the Los Angeles Times “Hot Properties” column and the like. Feature “The Knoll” and “Park Hill Estates” on our local TV show, Village Properties Home Showcase airing 64 times per month on Cox channel 8 and Comcast channel 5. We also have an On Demand channel 2640 where our listings can be viewed at any time. Commercials for the TV show are aired a minimum of 1000 times per month on top-rated shows like American Idol, CSI, 60-Minutes, Law & Order. The cable network advertising is on CNN, CNBC, TNT, USA, Lifetime, Bravo, Headline News, Discovery ad X.
