Welcome Welcome to the annual Queen Anne Cooperative Preschool 2013-2014 Benefit Auction, Winter Wonderland. We are so grateful for your attendance and support this evening. As you know, our annual auction is our primary source of fundraising for the school. All proceeds from this event will be put towards class room supplies, school improvements, and scholarships. Putting this event together could not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our amazing auction committee. Our Event Planning team has done a spectacular job transforming Daybreak Star into a Winter Wonderland. Our Catalog and Editorial team spent much effort behind the scenes packaging up the plethora of items and building our catalogs. Our Display Team produced all our auction signs and was responsible for setting up the items to entice our guests. And, our Event Night Extras team did an amazing job organizing the raffle, dessert dash and making our slideshow. Thank you, auction committee. We must also thank all of the members of the co-op for procuring items, and helping with auction jobs. Putting on our annual auction is truly a group effort that spans across the school. We are deeply appreciative to the many generous individuals and businesses in our community who have donated items for tonight’s silent and live auctions, raffle and dessert dash. Every year we are amazed by the generosity of our co-op members, the Queen Anne community and the city of Seattle and are very proud to be recipients of their support. We hope you have a fun-filled evening of good friends, good food, and lots of laughter. And, be sure to raise your bid card high and often!

Terms and Conditions
Signing a bid number on a silent bid sheet, issuing a verbal bid, and/or raising a bid card during the Live Auction constitutes a legal contract to buy. All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified by the donor, no exchanges or refunds will be issued. Queen Anne Co-operative Preschool reserves the right to withdraw any item for sale from the auction. Unless otherwise specified, all certificates expire one year from the date of issuance.
Check-out and Payment You are not required to check-out at the end of the night. If you’d like an invoice at the end of the night, or would like to pay your invoice off by check that night, you may do so at the checkin/check-out desk. Everyone will receive an invoice in their parent folders at school the week following the auction. Payment is due by February 28th, and we encourage everyone to pay by check if possible. We spent close to $4,000 in credit card processing fees the last two years combined. Paying by check would help us alleviate this expense, and would be another way to give back to the school! Instructions for payment will be included with your invoice.
Information Queen Anne Co-operative Preschool is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization. Typically, payments made above fair market value are deductible, to the extent provided by the law.
Thank-you for your Support!
