With the expansion of the Lebanese American University in Blat, Byblos, the city began to expand as well as its needs. So, based on the citizens needs in general, and the students needs in particular the program was decided which mainly consists of a mall, commercial shops, gym, library, and finally a dormatory.

Since the site is a very steep slope terrain, Blatforms was designed in a way to connect to the adjacent street through public horizontal platforms that would enhance the public activity in the area, making the accessibility fluent and welcoming. MASS PLAN
