RULES:  All entries are subject to the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma State Fair® (OSF), the American Goat Society and the Nigerian Dwarf Goat Association depending on which show you are exhibiting in.  An AGS or NDGA original registration certificate (no copies) is required for any animal entered and the document must be presented to the show secretary before the animal is shown.  Proof of ownership shall be the name on the registration certificate unless ownership has changed within 90 days of the show and a transfer of ownership form is presented with the certificate. In that case, owner shall be the name on the transfer form.  An animal may be judged in only one age class. Proof of birthday shall be the birth date on the animal’s original registration certificate.  The base date for computing age of the animal shall be the day the animal is to be judged unless otherwise stated in the rules governing livestock. This date must be stated on the show application and in the rules. The birth date ranges listed below are those for the Tuesday show. Adjust 1 day for Wednesday’s show.  No entry fee required for group classes. Group classes must be made up of only those animals that have been entered in the individual age classes.  Bucks are to be clipped and washed prior to arrival to the fairgrounds and washed daily while on premises.  Show order will be Showmanship, Youth Wethers, Senior Does, Best Udder, Junior Doe, Bucks, and Group Classes.  All accounts of owner must be in financial good standing to be eligible to enter the show ring. Any and all monies will be applied to entry and show fees before being applied to exhibitor admission tickets. PREMIUM INFORMATION:  Individual Class Premiums: $30, 20, 15, 10  Group Class Premiums: $20, 15, 10 ENTRY INFORMATION:  Payee’s W-9 form must be included with entry.  Substitutions can be made on existing entries for $10.00 per sub and must be made in the Livestock Show Office by 6:00 PM the day before the show. FEES: Required  $20.00/per head per show (if postmarked or entered online by August 15)

Additional  Additional Tickets (pre-order for immediate family members) $7.00 adult single day ticket, $4.00 child single day ticket (ages 11-6) or an Exhibitor Ticket Bundle (4 single day tickets) for $20.00 if postmarked by September 1, 2012. There is also a season pass, good for all 11 days, available for $25.00.  Exhibitor will receive an armband(s) per the scale in the Open & Junior General Livestock Rules. You need not be the owner of both animals, but you must be the owner of the sire. Only 1 entry from each sire per exhibitor. 52. Get of Sire (Class of 3 does, all sired by the same buck, in which at least 2 are in milk.) You need not be the owner of all 3 animals, but you must own the sire. Only 1 entry from each sire per exhibitor. 53. Breeder’s Trio (Class of 3 does, all in the exhibitor’s herdname, in which at least 1 must be in milk.) If the animal is in your herdname, you need not be the current owner of the animal. Only 1 entry per exhibitor.
