SANCTIONS/ASSOCIATIONS:  An officially sanctioned show of the National Pygmy Goat Association (NPGA). RULES:  All entries are subject to the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma State Fair® (OSF) and the National Pygmy Goat Association.  All entries must be registered with the NPGA, except wethers.  An NPGA registration certificate is required for any animal entered and the document must be presented to the show secretary before the animal is shown with the exception of wethers.  Show officials will accept only original NPGA registration certificates, no copies.  Proof of ownership shall be the name on the registration certificate unless ownership has changed within 90 days of the show and a transfer of ownership form is presented with the certificate. In that case, ownership shall be the name on the transfer form.  An animal may be judged in only one age class. Proof of birthday shall be the birth date on the animal’s original registration certificate.  The base date for computing the age of the animal shall be the day the animal is to be judged unless otherwise stated in the rules governing livestock. This date must be stated on the show application and in the rules. The birth date ranges listed below are those for the Tuesday show. Adjust one day for Wednesday’s show.  Health certificates are required according to the Rules of the Oklahoma State Fair®. Any animal showing signs of being sick will be isolated and not judged. Any animal with lumps or balding abscesses, sore mouth or pink eye will not be allowed to show or remain on the fairgrounds.  Exhibitors are requested to be neatly and appropriately attired when showing their animals in the ring.  Bucks are to be washed prior to arrival to the fairgrounds and washed daily while on the premises.  Show order will be Showmanship, Wethers, Jr Does, Sr Does, Jr Buck, Sr Buck and Group Classes.  All accounts of owner must be in financial good standing to be eligible to enter the show ring. PREMIUM INFORMATION:  Individual Class Premiums: $30, 20, 15, 10  Group Class Premiums: $20, 15, 10 ENTRY INFORMATION:  Payee’s W-9 form must be included with entry.  Substitutions can be made on existing entries for $10.00 per sub and must be made in the Livestock Show Office by 6:00 PM the day before the show.

OKLAHOMA STATE FAIR® FEES:  Required  $20.00/per head per show (if postmarked or entered online by August 15)  $40.00/per head per show (if postmarked after August 15 & by September 1)  $60.00/per head per show (if postmarked after September 1 & by 6:00 PM the day before the show)  Additional  Additional Tickets (pre-order for immediate family members) $7.00 adult single day ticket, $4.00 child single day ticket (ages 11-6) or an Exhibitor Ticket Bundle (4 single day tickets) for $20.00 if postmarked by September 1, 2012. Also may purchase Season Pass for $25.00 good for all 11 days.  Exhibitor will receive an armband(s) per the scale in the Open & Junior General Livestock Rules. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:  Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, specifications and requirements set out in the General Rules and Regulations section and any other said rules distributed by OSF management.
