Opened its doors in 2014 to train with the mission of â€œserving as a school to train thinking, searching and producing peopleâ€?, Daikin Academy continues education in full speed to emphasize Daikinâ€™s difference. In the Academyâ€™s Maltepe building, Daikin Turkey authorized services and other share-
holders are given technical trainings. In addition, the Academy gives company employees special trainings, and visits international business partners for various courses. In February, the Academy realized five technical trainings for service personnel, which was participated by nearly 100 people. The
educators of the Academy gave professional and personal courses to employees. Again in February, the educators visited Morocco and Tunis dealers to give product and technical trainings. Also a two day training was held for various project company authorities about VRV Pro software.

The program called â€œMy First Office is My Internship Officeâ€? aims to help students get to know the professional life and decide about their careers, and bring the dynamism and creativity of the young people to Daikin. The applicants to the posting on Kariyer.net can work in the central office, Post Sale Services and Academy offices or in the production facilities during their internship depending on the period and the company needs.
