 Systematic analysis of all relevant factors (capacities, machines, projects) using standardized questionnaires (site specific)  Validation of internally collected improvement aspects by external best-practice approaches  Consolidation of all improvement ideas on a holistic concept including implementation timetable Project results

Project target: Designing a concept for a better integration and realization of synergies between the sites
