Fall into the Arts As the hot summer nights turn into cool fall breezes it’s time to dust off the paint brushes and pencils and dive back into those art projects in the closet. If you need help getting motivated, learning new techniques and tricks or just want to pick up something new- we have the art program to inspire you. Hand Made Pottery with Kathryn Cerasoli Mondays, 9/8-9/29, $70 resident/$80 non-resident, 10a-noon, Person Senior Wing, #73303. Learn 3 classic hand building techniques; pinch, coil and slab (we will not be working on a pottery wheel).
Paint with Christian Quintin Tuesdays 3p-5p, Person Senior Wing. On-going sessions, call for dates and fees 543-3745. Join renowned French artist Christian Quintin in this studio-style art class. Working with any medium including oil, pastel and acrylics, this class will greatly improve student techniques while also encouraging students to create their own voice and vision. List of supplies will be provided with registration.
