Arthritis Foundation • Tai Chi Program

Senior Classes

Designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis using Sun Style Tai Chi, this class is a perfect complement to the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program. Includes agile steps and exercises that may improve mobility, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for people of all ages and easily modified to be performed from a chair. No special equipment is necessary. Co-sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation.

AARP Driver Safety Program Earn a Certificate of Completion and get a discount for three years on your auto insurance! Class teaches awareness of aging as it affects driving and offers compensating techniques while emphasizing defensive practices. Participants must take both sessions to earn a Certificate of Completion. Class limited to 30 and preregistration is required. AARP members must show their AARP membership card to the instructor on the first day of class to receive the member fee rate. (CHECKS ONLY payable to AARP on the 1st day of class).
